Surge current for 8/20 μs pulse: IPPM = 88.5 A (rated) / IPP = 105 A (average measured)
Surge current for 10/1000 μs pulse: IPPM = 8.4 A (rated) / IPP = 10.3 A (average measured)
Reverse current: IRM = 1 nA
Very low package height: 0.65 mm
