NEVB-NMUX1308模擬開(kāi)關(guān)評(píng)估板
NMUX1308 EVB（評(píng)估板）是專(zhuān)為Nexperia的CMOS、雙向、8通道模擬開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)的PCB。該評(píng)估板接受PQ和BQ兩種封裝形式，適用于器件的兩種型號(hào)。能夠通過(guò)測(cè)試點(diǎn)和連接器，輕松訪問(wèn)電源和信號(hào)引腳，實(shí)現(xiàn)快速且簡(jiǎn)便的設(shè)置。
主要特性與優(yōu)勢(shì)
• 寬工作范圍：1.5 V至5.5 V
• 控制信號(hào)引腳在較高VCC下可保持1.8 V邏輯電平兼容性
• 模擬信號(hào)引腳上采用軌至軌運(yùn)行
• 斷電保護(hù)：確保從I/O引腳到VCC之間不存在ESD路徑
• 注流控制：耦合不超過(guò)1 mV/mA
• 控制信號(hào)引腳上采用失效保護(hù)邏輯
• 引腳兼容行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)74HC4051/74HC4052和74HC4851/74HC4852模擬開(kāi)關(guān)產(chǎn)品
• 額定溫度范圍為-40℃至+85℃和-40℃至+125℃
• VCC、GND、Yn(1Yn、2Yn)、Z(nZ)和Sn引腳上具備測(cè)試點(diǎn)
• 適用于定制分壓器電路的無(wú)源元件布局
• 可選擇使用將輸入連接至VCC或GND的跳線座
• 評(píng)估板支持NMUX TSSOP16或DHVQFN16封裝
